Too often, rising leaders are asked to take on big, strategic responsibilities without access to the mentorship, tools, or time to grow into them. And it’s not always for lack of desire from senior leaders, but rather limited resources and capacity to provide that support.

The best leadership development experience I ever had wasn’t in a program or a training. It was when I was asked to lead an organization-wide initiative with almost no roadmap.

I was given vague instructions, a huge responsibility, and, most importantly, access to an organizational consultant I could meet with weekly. His role was simple but pivotal: to support me in figuring out what to do.

Each week, I brought my ideas and challenges. He offered coaching, accountability, and occasional advice to help me shape my ideas and plan my next steps.

I had to create the plan, build buy-in from leadership, and facilitate an all-staff process to create something from scratch.

I couldn’t have done it without that kind of dedicated and focused support. I can’t understate the impact this had on my career.

It brings me so much joy to now offer that kind of support to the next generation of leaders.

My Approach

Coaching is a process of clarifying your intentions, designing goals, and taking action within a supportive relationship.

Each session, you bring a topic that’s on your heart or mind that week.

I will support you to look at what’s coming up, observe what’s true about it, and discover your own answers.

You will leave with small, sweet next steps to carry our work forward before our next session.

During our time together, I will draw from tools and frameworks to support you to gain perspective or deepen your skills, such as reframing roadblocks, people-management skills, setting goals, and strategic planning.

Each coaching session is unique to your needs and desired outcomes, but the following packages give an idea of what we might cover in a three- to six-month engagement.

Vision

  • A great starting point if you want to explore coaching and establish clarity and direction.

  • 3 months • 6 sessions • 1 hour each • twice per month

Acceleration

  • Everything in Vision, plus a deeper dive into your strengths and challenges. You’ll take consistent acton, build momentum, and find greater accountability

  • Designed for those navigating a transition with more urgency, whether you’re exploring a new role, project, or direction in your work or life.

  • 3 months • 9 sessions • 1 hour each • three times per month

Emergence

  • Everything in Vision and Acceleration, plus a focus on building sustainable habits, practices, and skills to support yourself in navigating new responsibilities or larger challenges in your role.

  • Designed to provide the space to dig deeper, experiment, and make real, lasting progress in your growth and leadership capacity. This is the best fit for those ready to tackle bigger challenges over time.

  • 6 months • 12 sessions • 1 hour each • twice per month

Pricing is offered on a sliding scale ranging from $100-$250 per session for individuals paying for themselves. For individuals being sponsored by their organization, coaching ranges from $175-$350 per session depending on organizational characteristics and budget size. If you are unable to pay within the stated ranges but are still interested in my services and feel like it would be a good fit to work together, let me know so we can discuss.
